Fly First For Less LLC provides services for the arrangement of Business and First-Class flights, as well as private jet charters (collectively, the "Services"). All Services are subject to availability and provided "as is."

2. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
• By using our Website, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Contract Formation and Flight Availability

• All flight offers provided by Fly First For Less LLC are non-binding and subject to availability. Flight availability may change at any time, even after an offer has been made.
• A booking is confirmed only when the customer has:
  1. Submitted written confirmation of the offer via email, WhatsApp, or another messenger service, and
  2. Received a booking confirmation from us.
• Payments: If a customer makes a payment before receiving a booking confirmation, this does not guarantee the booking. Should it become impossible for us to complete the booking due to flight unavailability or any unforeseen circumstances, we will refund the full amount paid by the customer as quickly as possible.
• We are not responsible for changes in flight availability, pricing, or other factors that are outside our control.

4. Booking Changes and Cancellation Policies

• Date Changes: Changes to flight dates are permitted up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure, subject to availability. Such changes incur:
  • A service fee per passenger per sector, plus any applicable fare and tax differences.
• Route Changes: Not permitted.
• Cancellations: Not permitted.

By confirming your booking, you agree to these policies, which are binding and non-negotiable.

5. Liability Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We act solely as an intermediary between you and the flight service providers. We do not operate flights or guarantee their availability, accuracy, or quality.
• We are not liable for errors in flight offers, cancellations, delays, or other changes made by third-party providers.
• Our liability for any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our Services is strictly limited to the fees you have paid to us.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Services are provided "as is" and without any guarantees, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to:

• The availability, accuracy, or suitability of flights.
• The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Website.

7. User Conduct

Users are prohibited from:

• Providing false or misleading information.
• Misusing or attempting unauthorized access to the Website.
• Violating any laws or regulations while using the Services.

We reserve the right to terminate access to the Services for any violations of these Terms.

Any claims or disputes arising under these Terms must be brought within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arose, or such claims will be permanently barred.
